We had a fantastic location, with everything we needed just a short walk away. the beach was only 10-15 minutes away, perfect for a day of sun and relaxation. the Yumbo Centre was also just a 5-minute walk, giving us plenty of options for shopping and dining. the bungalows had a cozy vibe and were surprisingly quiet, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our stay. the two pools were a highlight, with plenty of loungers and a poolside bar that had friendly and helpful staff.

The beds could have been more comfortable, but it wouldn't stop us from returning for another stay.

One of the restaurants, Greek Village, was a few steps away from the apartment. Set close to holiday world maspalomas.

Spacious and Comfortable: The bungalow felt like a home away from home with its cozy seating area and well-equipped kitchenette. I had plenty of space to relax and enjoy my stay.

Housekeeping Inconsistencies: There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the bungalow during my stay. It was challenging to get a hold of the cleaners some days, resulting in piled-up rubbish and bedding that was not changed for the entire week.

bungalows santa clara in playa del ingles, gran canaria was a perfect stay. staff were friendly, resort was clean, and the pool was fantastic. it exceeded my expectations, especially after my previous stay in the area. highly recommended.

Spacious bungalows with a seating area: I felt like a superstar lounging in my own mini living room, complete with a comfy couch and a TV. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The bungalow we booked did not meet our expectations, as the facilities were not as advertised. the location of the hotel was great, with plenty of places nearby. the beach was only a 10, 15 minute walk away and Yumbo centre was just a 5, minute walk. the best thing about the hotel was the pool, which had a nice poolside bar with friendly staff.

Checking in was a bit of a hassle as there was no one at reception. We had to call for someone to come and give us the keys, and even then, our apartment was not ready.

The towel change and trash collection were regular, and the staff went above and beyond, especially the night receptionist. a mind-blowing experience with friendly staff and good amenities.
